Terms and Conditions
These terms summarize the operational and commercial principles that govern our quotations, supply scope, and service delivery.
1. Quotations and payment
Quotations are valid for the stated period and become binding only after written approval. Payment schedules, taxes, and delivery scope are governed by the final commercial offer.
2. Warranty and component scope
Warranty applies to the scope defined in the signed offer or contract. Consumables and operating materials are generally handled under routine maintenance and normal usage conditions.
3. Installation and site readiness
The client is responsible for site readiness unless the signed scope explicitly includes civil, electrical, or utility preparation by ABTEKIR.
4. Service and maintenance
Preventive or corrective service visits are scheduled according to the agreed maintenance model, site conditions, and operational requirements.
